Deron M. Miller currently works in production, electronic/digital media, and graphic design.

Deron has always been interested in the arts. As a young adult he performed in many community theatre productions, as well as played in multiple bands. He found his calling "behind the scenes" in 1998 when he joined Bensalem High School's AV program. The Owls Television Network (OTN) would set the foundation for his future, as he continued to Bucks County Community College in 2000, and then moved on to Kutztown University to major in what was then called telecommunications in 2002.

In 2004, while attending Kuztown University, he began volunteering for Bensalem Township, shooting and editing programming for their television channel known as Bensalem Community Television (BCT) as well as Penn Community Bank Amphitheater concerts. Upon graduating from college with a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media, minoring in Speech and Theatre, Deron was hired full time as Production Coordinator. Responsibilities then not only included the television production, but also included all aspects of the township's media. The added responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining both Bensalem Township and the Penn Community Bank Amphitheater website, graphic art and design, the  amphitheater's Facebook , Twitter and Instagram social media accounts, the township's on-hold-message system, the annual Fall Festival Fireworks soundtrack.

Bensalem Community Television won two Telly Awards for excellent in programming.

In 2010 the offices of Bensalem Township were restructured and Deron's job title was changed to Production and Electronic Media Manager. Online Video Channels were created for both Bensalem Community Television and the Penn Community Bank Amphitheater. This allowed for both residents and non-residents to be able to view programming and concerts at their convenience, as opposed to the television station with scheduled airing dates and times. The township also added Facebook and Twitter social media accounts in order to maintain constant communication with the nearly 65,000 residents of Bensalem Township.

Aside from working for Bensalem Township and the Penn Community Bank Amphitheater Deron has worked on projects for organizations such as Artisans Order of Mutual Protection, Bed Bug Heat Doctor, Bucks County District Attorney, Bucks County Tour of Honor, Building a Better Bensalem Together (B3T), Bensalem Police Department, Bingos Foundation, Bensalem Alumni Association, Bensalem Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Bensalem Township Country Club, Heroes Auto Advisory Group, Honor Flight Bucks County (Philadelphia), Metramedia Studios, Ten  (Tom Jones, Elvis, Neil Diamond Tribute). He also shoots private events such as weddings.
